The Republic (7 Corners) - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Photo of toilet from The Republic at 7 Corners in Minneapolis

Today, The Toilets of the World Blog brings you a toilet from The Republic at 7 Corners in Minneapolis, MN.

The Republic at 7 Corners is home to 57 beer taps that rotate with the seasons. There's a beautiful, wooden, L-shaped bar with some very knowledgeable bartenders manning it. The spacious outdoor patio will swallow you whole, and the two daily happy hours will spit you back out with a smile on your fat face.

It doesn't stop at drinks. The Republic also has a clever menu sourcing ingredients from the best local farmers, bakers and even cheese makers. What they can't find locally or at the desired quality, they make from scratch. Even the ketchup. Oh the ketchup!

Now for the bathroom. This is going to hurt us more than it's going to hurt The Republic, but it's our job to say something and something's got to be said. A strongly worded letter is in order here.

Dear Republic,

Please make your bathrooms just a little bit more interesting. There's nothing wrong with it, really, you see. It's always clean and it has all of the necessities, but perhaps you can make the old toilet-going experience just a little bit more interesting. What do you think?

You are perfect in every other way and we love you very, very much. We love your Steel Toe Size 7 IPA, we love your Bulleit bourbon, and we love the magical things your bartenders can pour with it. We love your steak and eggs, we love your waitresses, and we love your salads. We even love each and every one of your stained glass windows. Now how about letting us love your bathroom too?

Either way, you can count on seeing us soon.
